SOUTHTILE
Southtile Ltd is a supplier of clay paving for the domestic, commercial and industrial market. It has supplied industrial paving to the NZ aluminium Smelter site at Tiwai for over 20 years and also proudly supplied locally made pavers to the Invercargill City Council for their inner city upgrade.
MONIER
Monier supplies clay pavers that are as natural as the earth itself, with one small enhancement- an exclusive sealant called Paveguard™ which is applied during manufacture that ensures that every paver retains its true colour. Food spills, wine or oil this sealant prevents all from penetrating the surface and substantially reduces moss and fungus growth.
The clay pavers supplied by Monier have a natural variation in colour, texture, composition, finish detail and size with the most popular being 230x114x50mm.Their paver range includes Crème de la Crème , Golden Tans and Passionate Reds together with the larger sizes made by Claypave.
The colour you chose will have a dramatic impact on the finished job and the laying pattern will be determined by two factors, aesthetics and practicality. Another aspect which needs to be taken into account is strength with the general rule being 40mm is suitable for residential paths, and 50mm for driveways. A range of 65mm pavers, suitable for heavy duty traffic is also available.

Field Tiles
Southtile Ltd imports a range of field tiles for the Southland market which it has proudly supplied for the past twenty five years.
The range imported include the ever popular 100x300mm (4inch) tile, together with 150x300mm (6inch) and 225x600mm field tiles, together with their appropriate junctions. Other sizes are also available on special indent order.
