St Paul's Church, Papanui
Southtile Insulation are proud to have assisted with the rebuild of St Pauls' Church Fitzgerald Ave . The church was badly damaged in the Christchurch earthquake of 2011 and was closed. Repair and restoration took place in the following years, including adding insulation wherever possible.
City Fitness, Hereford St
Southtile Insulation installed Autex ASL carpark liner to the ground floor ceiling of the carpark building so could be fitted out into a gym. City Fitness Hereford Street, Autex foil lined ASL carpark liner.
TIKI Wines
Matching with their ethos of sustainability and care for our environment, TIKI wines used Southtile to install Mammoth ceiling insulation, with an R-value of 3.6, to reduce their energy footprint. Mammoth Insulation R3.6 installed to warehouse, held up with Aus mesh. Supply & installed by Southtile Insulation.
Four Square, Darfield
Four Square, Darfield opened their new, modern store in 2019. Southtile supplied and installed the insulation for this commercial project. Mammoth Insulation to walls & ceiling, supplied & installed by Southtile Insulation.
Insulation Factory Tour
These photos show insulation being spun out of molten glass, insulation stacked and ready to be shipped out, and ceiling insulation installed and held in place using a mesh to prevent sagging.
AMI Insurance
Installation Autex AAB acoustic sound absorber insulation to the shop ceiling held up with mesh. retail store sound solution to help with the noise. Autex AAB supplied & installed by Southtile Insulation.
Garage fit out Lincoln
Southtile Insulation installed Mammoth carpark liner to a garage ceiling in Lincoln. Mammoth car park panel R2.5, held up with insulation spikes (anchors).
Roma Cafe
Autex AAB 35-50 Black with Black face installed to the ceiling of the cafe and the roastery held in place by Aus-mesh powder coated black. Autex AAB is sound absorbing acoustic insulation product.
Southtile Insulation installed using scissor lifts, the job was straight forward except the roastery room which we had to return to complete due to a lower suspended ceiling.
Pilates Studio Rolleston
Acoustic sound absorbing insulation, Autex AAB 35-50 Black installed to new pilates studio in Rolleston.
Southtile Insulation installed Autex AAB sound absorbing panels to help with the echo and acoustics. This was done using scissor lifts, we held the product in place using insulation anchors. (Spikes)
