Masons Insul-Baffle is a clear, semi-rigid PVC roof insulation spacer designed to maintain separation between bulk ceiling insulation and roof underlay near the eaves. Installed over rafters or truss top chords, its crenelated Dragon Channel profile helps preserve a minimum 25mm air gap and can provide an airflow path as part of a designed passive-stack roof ventilation system. Each roll measures 650mm wide x 6m long. Suitable for pitched, timber or light-steel framed roofs. Not suitable for skillion roofs.

Basic installation information
Run the Insul-Baffle parallel with the eaves and place it over the rafters or truss top chords. Secure it using suitable staples, flat-head clouts or wafer-head screws. Do not pull or stretch the product tightly, as this can deform the crenelated channels. Where rolls join, overlap them by at least one full crenelation and make the join over the roof framing.
